If staying one night ensure...
Liked: Clean and comfortable. The towels were pure white and fluffy!
Disliked: Getting in and out of the front door with a suitcase - very cramped.

Good value.
Liked: Excellent locationEasy check in/outClean room, lovely towels.Great tea/coffee tray
Disliked: We thought breakfast was included, however we were told that due to booking on Booking.com that we would need to pay £9.95pp for breakfast! Also on arriving saw another guest smoking a cigarette out of the window. States hotel is non smoking.

Bed needs updating but great...
Liked: Location
Disliked: The bed was old and the mattress so soft it dipped in the middle and although there was a window seat it wasn’t very comfortable so an arm chair would be nicer but since the room is so small it may not fit

Didn’t stay - found somewhere...
Disliked: Decided not to stay at all because it didn’t feel safe or clean and the promised parking didn’t exist. Our arrival was compromised by 2 men in black masks and hoodies circling on bikes which made us feel the car wasn’t safe . There was supposed to be parking but it didn’t actually belong to the hotel . It belonged to United Utilities and their staff. I only looked through the door when it was opened but it was dark and dingy and locked up . Despite it being late We found an Airbnb close by which was less money, clean, bright and airy with safe free parking in a rural setting.
