Victoria Court Motor Lodge ticks...

Liked: A great location, close to top end of Cuba Street with an abundance of cafes to suit all tastes. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you would need. The staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with.
Disliked: Onsite parking was available however maneuvering, a larger vehicle (ute) around the parks was a little difficult. All in all, this wasn't really a problem, and wouldn't stop me from returning for another stay.

Awesome Parking

Liked: Free parking, spa bath and a lift to upper floors. Amazingly central.
Disliked: Room smelled like stale smoke and the bathroom door was broken (pulled off it's hinges). Had to lift and push to close for privacy and it wasn't easy to do. Advised reception on first morning about the door, that the remote for tv was missing and asked for a tea towel to do dishes - got nothing. To be fair it was a long weekend but the tea towel was an easy fix. Day 2 went to use the microwave - the heat function didn't work
