Liked: the whole experience. the hotel; is central, clean well appointed and good value fo money. the hosts/management are friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome

Disliked: Rooms are very small but we were mostly out and about.

Basic accomm in good location...

Liked: Its location is its strength, as is the limited off street parking that is offered. Stayed one night in previous week so was able to compare two different rooms. This time room was 306. Being on top floor it was particularly exposed to the wind and whistling sound that comes with it. Sofa was in better shape than the one in 310. Was offered a late check out if required as accomm was not too busy, but didn't end up needing it. Price was reasonable for this 3 guest room.
Disliked: Clearly rooms can be draughty, hence whistling noise, but probably quieter on the lower levels. Soap dispenser in shower in this particlar room needs a good clean.

Convenient, friendly, basic accommodation.

Liked: Location was handy, close to the eclectic Cuba Street precinct with its range of eateries and shops, and nice walk into the city centre. Victoria Court also offered some off street parking which we needed while being close to city centre, however spaces are limited. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Room 310 was a bit tired with a sunken sofa and a shower curtain that needs replacing. As a room on the top level it had a lot of whistling wind sound.
