Liked: We love the location accessible..
Disliked: Our room is too small, it's really hard to move around specially if you have luggage, our bathroom is also tiny it's really hard to shower specially if you are a big person.. And the bed is so uncomfortable I keep on rolling to my side.. :( It's not good for 2 person or couple.. But if you are by yourself I guess that room is perfect..

Liked: It was in a central location. The property was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Room was clean and tidy and staff were friendly on arrival. I good location not far from Victoria and pimlico stations to catch the tube to central London
Disliked: The room that we had was the "superior double", it was a very small room with a very small bathroom. Much smaller than we expected, they're was only just enough space to walk around the bed, very little to no storage space for any clothes and wouldn't have really been space to open a suitcase (we were lucky and travelled with rucksacks)

Great value for money

Liked: Excellent location. We had the economy room so I expected it to be super tiny, but (although it was small) it was very cozy, clean and had everything. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.
