Great stay would return

Liked: Staff were lovely so accomodating stored our luggage the day we checked out so we could have an outing that morning. It was our anniversary and they had a bottle of wine and personal message waiting for us.
Disliked: Only thing I would change was the pillows were not comfortable but the bed certainly was. Sad the rooftop bar was closed on our stay but right near many other bars/restaurants on the river

Excellent place to stay in...

Liked: All of the Vibe staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.The room had a fantastic view across the river towards South Bank and was very clean and comfortable.This was our second stay at Vibe and will definitely be the place we will book on return trips to Melbourne.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great.

Liked: Great location. Fantastic check out time of 11am. Thank you for holding on to our luggage.
Disliked: 3pm check in was annoying BUT very thankful that you held our luggage for us so we could go back out and explore.

Liked: Great breakfast. Very comfortable and clean room.
Disliked: After 4 requests and confirmations, our bedding was not separated in twin beds. It was only once up we were up in our room that someone came up and changed the bedding.

Liked: From the greeting on arrival to departure and the lovely girls in the dining area, the attentiveness and warmth shown by staff was exceptional. Nothing at all was a problem and the breakfast was fresh and had great choices. Of particular note is the availability of gluten free items which was great news for my wife.

Liked: Clean and .modern. Staff were all friendly. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable and quiet.Location was great. Close to CBD, Crown and Southbank.Dinner at the Hotel Restaurant was great and quite reasonably priced.
Disliked: Shower took an age to warm up and the shower head was very low for me (193cm). Shower door mechanism was very, very loud. Sounded like the hinge was breaking every time you opened or closed the door.The food at the Buffet Breakfast was ok but it was very hit or miss. The first day, it was unfortunately more miss. The Coffee Machine was out of Milk. There was no Bacon. No Eggs and no Croissants. On the second day everything pretty good but on the third day things were low or empty again. Also, the coffee machine only made full cream milk coffees. If you wanted low fat or oat milk, you had to pay for a coffee from the bar.
