Wonderful hotel in a great...

Liked: Location worked so well for our visit to NGV and Flower Show as well as CBD and Southbank restaurants just across the river. Room was new and fresh. View over the river was exceptional. Staff were super accommodating with our room ready for check in at midday. Rooftop bar is open from 3:00pm making it a perfect spot to unwind from a busy day with pre dinner drink. Small lobby restaurant also handy for something quick and easy to eat. Highly recommend this hotel. I have already told friends and will be a return guest.

Excellent will come again

Liked: Breakfast had amazing selection. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms was very clean. Facilities gym and pool also very clean. Thank you had a great 2 night stay. Location was fantastic for where we were going.
Disliked: Nothing everything perfect

Attended a conference in Hotels...

Liked: The location was fantastic with parking close by as well as links to public transport. The rooms were exceptionally dark and quiet which made sleeping in the city very pleasant. Attending a conference at the hotel was perfect and the conference room and catering was great.
Disliked: Shower leaked out onto bathroom floor a little bit (Room 506)Perplexed with bathroom taps both turning out - tricked me every time.Breakfast good but could have come more options.

Bad interaction with staff, but...

Liked: Breakfast, the bedding, the shower amenities, the location.
Disliked: Bad experience on arrival, the staff member greeted me with attitude. Condescending tone. Felt like I was an inconvenience to him. I did not feel like staying at the hotel from that experience.

Perfect stay, will be back

Liked: Excellent location backed up by a great view from the room and an excellent all round stay. Great food and coffee in the foyer restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing
