Incredible experience, would definitely stay...

Liked: Service was excellent, the room was extremely clean and modern and had a sophisticated feel to it

Liked: Excellent location. Easy walk to botanic gardens, lots of restaurants and the movies. Lovely room. Large, comfortable and spotless.
Disliked: Could do with a second pillow. They did give us a small cushion but it was rock hard. If you read in bed it’s nice to have two pillows. Could definitely do with a kettle. It’s so slow trying to make tea from the Nespresso machine.

Disliked: Set Breakfast Menu, not allowing choice as we are used to a Buffett Breakfast.Pillows flat and difficult to lie on.We arrived back in our room later in the day on New Years Day and found that none of the used glassware had been changed. When we told the male staff person at reception, he didn’t seem too interested and offered no apology. After some prompting ( which we shouldn’t have to do) he arranged the replacement. We were not very impressed with his attitude or lack of attention to us.Other days during our stay, staff were great.

Disliked: Bin not emptied properly, dirty sink, plastic bag over smoke alarm (previous customer smoking/vaping) in the room, could hear the toilet flushing above me, empty glass bottles being emptied at 10pm-ish
