Liked: Great hotel within easy walking to the fun of the Rino district. The accommodations were excellent and the rooftop taco bar was stellar. Good breakfast and coffee downstairs as well.

Great location, comfortable room, excellent...

Liked: Very spacious room with a fridge and a good sized bathroom. Front desk staff was excellent - friendly, helpful, and very responsive to pre-stay correspondence. Management was sympathetic to an issue with the shades and offered to help make it right. Location is great for visits to RINO. The coffee shop in the lobby offered great coffee and a light menu of tasty breakfast toasts and tacos/burritos. Train is across the street.
Disliked: Our room, 505, overlooked a parking garage that was lit up all night. Unfortunately the room had one shade that was light-filtering so the room was bright all night. There appeared to be room for a second blind which should have been room darkening. Not a good night sleep as a result.

Disliked: The bed was broken and the mattress was sunk to the floor and wouldn’t let us switch rooms even though it was broken upon our arrival

Quiet and easy, close to...

Liked: Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I liked that it was quiet and the housekeeping staff seemed to always be on it. I enjoyed the self checkout for the snacks and toiletries also.
Disliked: The parking of course was the biggest let down with how far away it is. The outside also REEKS of animal urine and feces but that’s just how downtown denver is I guess.
