Lovely hotel, cold shower!

Liked: Comfortable layout, nice restaurant and lovely staff
Disliked: We had an issue with the hot water in our room. This was reported but nothing was done. Other than the cold shower it was a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay, would...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. we enjoyed our stay there except for the last night but that had nothing to do with the hotel, just some terrible people staying there. We did not eat at the resturant but it looked clean .
Disliked: The last night of our stay, some guests had a weed party on our floor. It stunk up the entire third floor and set off the smoke alarm. We arrived several hours later and our room had a strong oder of marajuana. The staff tried to spray it and opened a window but in the end, the gave us a different room on a different floor. Not the hotels fault and they gave us a 50% discount for the last night.

Liked: The room and lobby were clean. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was pet friendly.
Disliked: The pool area had chewed up gum next to the pool. There was an exposed nail underneath the pool stairs. The steam room smelled strongly of mildew - very unpleasant. The sauna had carvings all over the wood. Not something you would expect from a hotel that boasts a spa. There were minor repairs needed in the room - a broken toilet paper dispenser and lotion dispenser.
