Hotel delivering beyond expectations for...

Liked: Excellent hotel in a great location, pleasantly surprised by the standard in all aspects, from reception to restaurant staff whom all exceeded my expectations. The hotel and rooms are modern, clean spacious and comfortable catering for the professional traveller. Will for sure come back to this hotel.
Disliked: In principle no negative comments, all was to or above expected standard, however one item could be improved, for travellers with EV's the information on the charge station could be improved, directing the traveller to the reception for a charge card.
