Liked: Room was super clean and tidy, cozy and well heated. Curtains were really darkening, which is not the standard in Germany. Great positions very close to the center. Possibility to check in and out online.

Beyond expectations

Liked: We had a great experience in this hotel. Great staff, wonderful breakfast, room clean and cozy. Very close to the train central stations and downtown hot spots.
Disliked: Everything was perfect

Good location

Liked: The location is good. The staffs are very helpful.
Disliked: We reserved the room with microwave but it turned out that we got the room without microwave. The staff told us that if you need the room with microwave, you have to specifically send the request again when you book the room. The first night when I took the shower just to find out that the soap bottle was empty! So it was too late to get it filled. However we managed to requested the new bottle afterward.
