One of the best hotels...

Liked: the bathroom was amazing! I especially liked the tub overlooking the city really nice view and quality of shower components. I really like the cleanliness of this place as we found it spotless and smell great!
Disliked: I think the only thing was the climate control air vent blowing directly at the beds which is annoying at night time, and the high price of parking for hotel customers ($30/24 hrs).

Disliked: Lack of basic facilities, like a lounge (the hotel's sole purpose is to stay near the airport while waiting for planes). There is no where to sit and work/relax and nothing in the local area. The alternative is a half hour taxi ride to the city to find a more suitable hotel. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in where I had to carry several heavy bags to my bedroom. The phone in the room didn't work and I had to go several times to reception to speak to them. No room service or catering after 11. Uber eats only. The reception staff were either clueless or extremely rude and they tried to exploit me by charging an extra nights stay for a 4 hour late check out. They were also critical of visitors booking via booking.com on account of they were losing 20% "of their revenue". All together a hotel that will not last by alienating its customers when it has marginal facilities and location at best.
