Liked: Great location, easy walking to loads of bars and restaurants and not too far to CBD. Rooftop pool great, plus hot tub if it's not nice weather.

Disliked: Small room not as described or as seen in photos. Nowhere for clothes to be stored. Smelled of an old pub. Dark and dingy. No hand towels or flannels. No table and chairs to eat from despite cooking facilities. Wasn’t as expected.

Liked: Property is very close to Smith Street which has loads of restaurants cafes supermarkets bars and a tram line so it’s very convenient without being in the CBD
Disliked: My room was very small but perfectly appointed so wasn’t a problem for one person…two would have been a squeeze
