Disliked: Check-in at 3pm it’s bit late when you have to check out at 10am

Liked: location is good, near the transport and Darling harbor .
Disliked: The sound insulation is very poor, it was so noisy all night that it was difficult to sleep

Liked: The location near darling harbor was good for exploring the city
Disliked: The room was super cramped, not clean and at night time there were bugs crawling around. The bathroom was in poor condition with paint peeling from the tiles in the shower. The window couldn’t be closed due to a weird portable aircon system, which was really loud and not usable at night. This meant that the room was super warm

If they spent some money...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Very Noisy as they are building 24/7 across the road Sydney Metro, that along with the portable AC wasn't the best and every time the doors on my floor slammed it shuddered my door with a sonic boom. The rooms and bathroom are very basic. Bed was comfortable. No mirror in the bathroom which you could barely sit on the toilet in.Pretty third world.

Stay somewhere else.

Liked: Very close to the Pyrmont Bridge. The room contained a fridge.
Disliked: It is pretty much a hostel. I booked a room with a private bathroom. I honestly wanted to turn around and find another place to stay. The bathroom was very run down. There was a cockroach on the floor. The air con leaked water all over the floor so the carpet was all wet. There was no chair, bench or anything of its kind. The security in the room seemed ok, however the front door to the building rarely locked due to damage to the door. Also - no response from the company aside for automatic emails about how to enter etc.

Disliked: Not the cleanest, the AC pipe was connected to a window with no glass where a plastic plate was screwed on the window leaving air and noise coming in at night.

Liked: Great location, couple of minutes walk from darling harbour
Disliked: The property was very dated, rooms very small and the aircon unit was very noisy and didn’t really function very well. Rooms were not clean, multiple cockroaches in bathroom and bedroom. No staff on site so impossible to complain. Bed sheets were stained and found hairs on them on day of check in. I even found a boogie wiped on the wall next to the bed! Disgusting! Was unable to download digital room key via the app- said check in was not complete, sent a message to the staff via the app but no response from them. Would not recommended this accommodation and would have rather stayed in a backpackers for the money it cost.
