Brilliant location with very helpful...

Liked: Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful concierge staff. Good breakfast, and a packed breakfast provided for us when we left early on our last day. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, with some complementary pastries provided in the lobby.
Disliked: The bedroom walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbours. Lighting controls were a little eccentric!

Fantastic stay, exceeded expectations and...

Liked: Location was perfect right on the square and stunning views. Old style elaborate architecture combined with the modern clean fresh style of the bedroom and bathroom was beautiful.Friendly helpful staff, extra touches like the wide ranging breakfast options including champagne or mimosa if you fancied it.
Disliked: Nothing not to like. Reception and restaurant areas could benefit from some refresh in the decor.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room/loft suite. Large, warm with a very comfortable four poster bed with linen drapes. All spotlessly clean. Kitchen area and wardrobe space a nice luxurious feature of the room. Bathroom had under floor heating. Nice rooftop views from the window. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Perfect location in the old town.
