I love this historic property....

Liked: The breakfast was nice in a sunny little nook. Great location and glad there was an option for (paid) off street parking.Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Would have liked a couple more hot choices for breakfast but what they did have was very delicious and healthy.

Liked: unique little hotel. It's super green has a beautiful garden and beach is super close.
Disliked: rooms are quite noisy

Amazing property, great rooms and...

Liked: This is such a beautiful property, which is located a stone's throw from Venice Beach. Our room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was well-appointed with a powerful, modern shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing information ahead of our stay and organizing a late check-in at short notice. Breakfast is fresh and homemade. We also loved the selection of luxury teas. Parking was good value, located on the property and was very easy to arrange in advance (which is recommended).
Disliked: The room didn't have a safe, but otherwise, there wasn't anything we disliked!

Exceptional

Liked: Full of character and charm, room very good size and comfortable. It is like a little oasis among the business of LA.
Disliked: Nothing
