Disappointing

Pleasant stay despite leaking roof.

Liked: The location was extremely good for our purpose. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was on two levels, the upper room did not have a closet and the ceilings in the bathroom was very low. The roof leaked when it rained, and the cleaning staff just moved the bed around to avoid our stuff getting wet. By moving the bed, the plugs were not near and we had to put the bed light on the floor. We reported the leaking roof and trust that they will fix it before more tenants move in.

A luxurious last minute night...

Liked: Staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean
Disliked: Small lift to get up to the room but couldn’t be helped as an old building
