Disliked: Our two-night stay was disappointing for the following reasons: 1. Upon check-in, we found leftover food and drinks in the refrigerator. 2. The toilet was clogged when we arrived, though maintenance was sent later to fix it. 3. The bathroom sink had visible cracks. 4. The minibar was empty, and no complimentary coffee or tea was provided. 5. The window was dirty, diminishing the enjoyment of the otherwise beautiful view. 6. The shampoo and body wash were nearly identical in both appearance and scent. 7. Our request for a room change was denied. A message was left on our phone around 4 PM the following day, but by then, we were already out exploring the city. 8. The high weekend rate did not reflect the quality of the experience, making it poor value for the price.
