Disliked: parking is very expensive

Very good choice for families.

Liked: Staff was great, location was perfect and room was overall comfortable.
Disliked: You had to ask for housekeeping service, though no one tells you that in advance.

Come for the view and...

Liked: The location was wonderful! Great link to Bellagio and the strip. The view from our room was out of this world and the lady who checked us in gave us a higher floor room. Able to check in an hour early too.
Disliked: I had read some reviews about slow service and I ignored them as often people can complain about the smallest things. We only had two requests while we stayed with you and were let down on both which is why I couldn’t give a higher tying.i have severe food allergies and am unable to eat out which is why I picked your hotel with a full kitchen. When we arrived at 2pm I requested several cooking items- they hadn’t appeared several hours later so I asked the concierge who asked me what I needed- we returned at 9:30pm and again not what we needed in the kitchen. After travelling from Australia and booking somewhere with a kitchen so I could eat something this was very frustrating. We also didn’t get housekeeping on our second to last day after having the button pressed for housekeeping. Unfortunately this was the day we had got married and we’re hoping to come back to a clean and tidy room. We requested at least for our trash to be taken and new cups provided but again very disappointed that no one came. With such a large number of rooms, perhaps more staff are needed as someone who worked there told us to expect slow service! After such a beautiful start, I was concerned that if we had needed something more, it would have not been worth asking!

Disliked: Tap was broke, no control for the lights near the bed, no possibility for late check out
