Quiet and easy, close to...

Liked: Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I liked that it was quiet and the housekeeping staff seemed to always be on it. I enjoyed the self checkout for the snacks and toiletries also.
Disliked: The parking of course was the biggest let down with how far away it is. The outside also REEKS of animal urine and feces but that’s just how downtown denver is I guess.

Liked: Clean and comfortable room, nice complimentary tea&coffee set, breakfast and dinner options. Great location within walking distance from the train station (and downtown if you're determined like us!)

Liked: I was repeatedly charged for a “smoking fee” they told me they would not charge because it was proven I didn’t smoke in the room. Even after speaking to a staff who said it was sorted out I was charged multiple times at 3am.
