Liked: Great location!
Disliked: Parking: The parking situation is not well-explained. We were unsure where to pay and ended up paying at the parkade. When we checked in, we were told that parking fees are added to the room charge. Unfortunately, they couldn’t refund or credit the amount we had already paid at the parkade.Noise: The walls are extremely thin. We could hear party-goers from 9 pm - 5 am. We were woken up at 6 am by a loud argument from the room next door. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.Heating: The heating system is very noisy and disturbed us several times throughout the night.

Liked: Staff were helpful, room was clean, parking was right next door and it was quite near to most things
Disliked: It is a little dated but that wouldn’t putMe off staying again. Behind are some apartments and if you are at the back of the hotel it can get a little noisy at night

Disliked: The hotel seems old and drab and has an unclean smell. No bathrobe.

Disliked: 1..Cleaners as bathroom every time they had supposedly cleaned it ….There were pubic hairs left on the floor and in shower… I honestly think they had transferred them in from previous rooms on their mops as I groomed and my mates ginger ..2….There was no bar in the hotel due to renovation…
