Liked: We stayed at this hotel expecting a much higher standard for $600 a night, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The entire place desperately needs renovations — everything looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades.The bathroom was particularly terrible: the tub was extremely low, the shower setup was so awkward it was almost impossible to wash your hair properly, and water splashed everywhere.We booked a room with a harbor view, but instead we got a view of the neighboring building. The furniture and decor were all outdated, and the hallway carpets had a terrible smell, like old socks.For the price, we expected something far more comfortable and modern. Would not recommend unless they do a full renovation.

Great hotel and convenient walk...

Liked: I appreciate the bright hallways and clean carpets on each floor. The restaurant was clean and the service was pretty good. The view and the cost were worth it in the end.
Disliked: Only downside was that the phone beside the bed did not work. Three days after notifying staff, it was still not working. The other thing I didn't like was that there were only plugs on one side of the bedside table. I had to plug my stuff into the wall outlet at the end of my bed and leave it there. The shower was kind of small, but since there was a tub too, it didn't leave a lot of room. When we ordered room service on Friday night, we told the person who delivered our food that the phone on the bedside wasn't working. He said he would let maintenance know, but it still was not working when we checked out on Sunday. Overall the room was still good.
