Liked: It’s being a new hotel was nice.
Disliked: We attend for my brother’s wedding. As an overall staff we’re lovely who I spoke to, bar Alex, who was the wedding co-ordinator at one point she made a comment as my brother needed me due to my nephew being sad, and as I had to walk into the room she made a comment and said ‘for god sake why doesn’t this family listen’ I heard this very clearly and so did my 10 year old daughter, i was not going to bite back to it being my brothers big day. I had to get all of our guests over due to time running out as she just kept on saying hold on. The organisation wasn’t great, there were plenty of times I could have told her how to do her job. Food was okay. Some staff were lovely, some awful. I’m glad it was a nice day for my brother considering the amount he spent at this place.

Liked: The restaurant was the only reasonable feature of this hotel.
Disliked: No safe in room. Extremely slow Wi-Fi. Terrible bathroom. High price for a hotel far from any town or attractions.

Couldn't sleep all night due...

Liked: Hotel lobby
Disliked: couldn't sleep all night due to random loud radiator tapping sounds, no temperature control in the room, toilet bowl was half filled with water. I was travelling alone so didn't feel appropriate to call someone at night to check the sounds. also my room was in a separate part of the building and looking at previous reviews from the customers it looks like it's a common complaint however the hotel has been giving standard response to say a reception is 24/7 instead of resolving the issue that many customers have previously complaint of. I informed about the noise coming from the room to the reception and the morning and they didn't seem to care.

A good hotel ruined by...

Liked: The breakfast was tasty and more than enough, the staff were very pleasant and helpful too.
Disliked: My entire breakfast was spoiled by the dreadful Christmas music relentlessly playing one after the other, it was Armistice Day, not even half way through November, it was like being in a shopping centre two weeks before Christmas, I'll not likely be back purely because of how irritating this was...
