Liked: Everything was ok!
Disliked: The staff were not particularly friendly and, unfortunately, lacked professionalism. They insisted I pay for my stay in advance using an unfamiliar, external link, which felt insecure and made me uncomfortable. Even though I had already secured the booking with my credit card, there was no clear communication that full payment was mandatory in advance to keep the reservation, despite receiving confirmation from Booking.com. This confusing approach contradicts the convenience I expect when using Booking.com, where I rely on a straightforward booking process without the need for repeated, uncomfortable interactions or unexpected payment links.

A good stay but could...
Liked: The food was excellent. The shuttle service into Amsterdam was great.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning in my room. I reported it twice and never received an update then reported it a third time at night. The night shift front desk person said the temperature was the same for entire hotel and not adjustable. When I explained the rooms my children occupied were cool and temperature was adjustable, she said that some rooms breathed better than others. The desk person on day shift when I checked out was upset by that explanation and told me the information was incorrect. She offered a free breakfast and said I could file a complaint with the manager but they were not at the hotel at that time.
