We enjoyes it, we felt...
Liked: Big rooms, decent carpet (always clean), very nice big Windows, a Window sill to sit on, good beds, good room climate, good sound insulation to outside and inside environment ( you can hear next door doors in the morning, but, nothing else), good table and chairs, excellent day and night curtains, a bath tup :-), good coffee in the room, good lights (very adjustable)
Disliked: The hair dreyer, on our second day were the small water paper bottles not replaced,

Overall it’s a good hotel...
Liked: Nice location and nice view from the 12 floor. The breakfast was great also, many choices.
Disliked: Some glass marks on the windowsill and some dust. My disappointment was the the tv that wasn’t smart so I couldn’t see something else except Dutch channels that I can’t understand as I’m not a Dutch speaker.

Excellent and confortable stay
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with great view. Excellent buffet breakfast.

If it were cleaned up...
Liked: The design of the room, nice staff and great view. Comfy mattress. In general breakfast is various and tasty. Access to sauna and hamam is a great feature. Overall location is fine, 4 mins by train, 30 mins walking, 15 mins by bike to the city center.
Disliked: Cleaning could be better supervised. It seems that supervisor had not checked the room after cleaning. The napkin box was empty throughout our stay. The small table by the bed on the left had sticky shades of sugary liquid, also was never cleaned before and during our stay. Towels were changed in a strange order, some were replaced, some were not, without any logic. They were not on the floor, which means that they do not need to be changed, as the hotel positions itself as a sustainable choice. On the wellness zone level, the floor is dirty and smells of garbage in the corridor near the elevators. In the wellness zone, there were not enough towels in the women's locker room, not enough (3) cups available, as well as water. At breakfast the fruit salad tasted and smelled like rotten fruit.
