Liked: A good hotel for relaxation, the room is clean, the wifi is good, the shower is good and there is also a bathtub. I managed to relax in this hotel

Not a great example of...

Liked: Room was warm and comfortable
Disliked: Staff had no idea about their own electric car charging. More training needed. Less than professional receptionist at arrival. Didn’t know about the charging and didn’t seem to care. Poor! Training needed!!Position of the car charging means you can no longer access the adjacent service station or main hotel car park. Lighting in the area of the electric charging was non-existent. Didn’t feel safe at all, for the individual or your vehicle. I moved vehicle with a long round trip down/back up the motorway to park my car in a better lit location in the main hotel car park
