Great hotel with the only...

Liked: Room was just as expected, as we have stayed there quite a number of times each year for the past 5 or 6 years.Rooms are always clean and the staff are very, very helpful.
Disliked: We aren't a fan of the new idea, of taking away the tea/coffee making facilities in every room to be replaced with having to constantly go all the way from your room to the lounge on the 3rd floor. There is a constant shortage of cups, usually at least one drinks machine has clogged, blocked or just stopped working. The other problem is that guests are dripping drinks from the cups onto the carpets, hard flooring and even inside the lifts making the floors sticky.

If you need to work...

Liked: A wonderfully comfortable hotel with everything you could need. Very comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom, large tv with every channel and amazing breakfast. Everything needed for a good restful time. Very good amenities for work meetings, conferences too. Also in a very convenient location.
Disliked: Nothing could have been better.
