Good

Liked: Highly maintained, clean and comfortable hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. Exactly what one would expect from van der valk.
Disliked: Staff was surprisingly not on top of things. At reception the communication was unfriendly at check in and later when we asked for some adjustments. We met some lovely and helpful staff members as well, so I'd say it's more about the consistency that could be improved.

Liked: For many years before Covid have we stayed at your hotel, we have always been satisfied with the accommodation and the service.For one night my brother had made reservations in Sneek and I was unable to cancel one evening accommodation in Haarlem We also found that after 5 we would have liked to have a small meal but that was not possible.
Disliked: Light snacks throughout the day.Because for 13 days you don’t always want to have a full meal

Disliked: Some things in my room were broken.The room is very dark.
