Liked: Very clean nice hotel and great facilities like swimming
Disliked: Very far away from shops ect booked this as thought it was close to theme park.

After spending many stays over...

Liked: Good location and food was good.
Disliked: The room was cold and very noisy, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. The reception staff were very unhelpful and did not add our breakfast as asked, which culminated in an angry member of waiting staff demanding we leave breakfast to be sorted at the reception. The duty Manager was no help and did not apologise for the staff's behaviour and bad customer service.
