After spending many stays over...

Liked: Good location and food was good.
Disliked: The room was cold and very noisy, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. The reception staff were very unhelpful and did not add our breakfast as asked, which culminated in an angry member of waiting staff demanding we leave breakfast to be sorted at the reception. The duty Manager was no help and did not apologise for the staff's behaviour and bad customer service.

This is the 3rd visit...

Liked: Like how friendly the staff are and clean the hotel is. Rooms are lovely.
Disliked: Room was lovely but very cold. We were in no.5 outside the building where you have a swing bench. Even though we put heating on full the room and bathroom were still cold. Not sure if something is wrong with heater as never seemed warm. Also there are no electric sockets near a mirror to use hair straightners. The slope down to the car park where our room was is not disability friendly. My husband has an electric wheelchair and getting up and down slope was very difficult.
