Arrogant receptionists, bad parking ticketing...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: If you register at 6pm and need to go out of their parking, you need to get your paid ticket re-approved at the reception when you get back (in my case at mid night). I waited my turn, the 2 receptionists did not even look up at me, I was just transparent, and finally had to ask if they could please just re-approve my ticket. On which the receptionist sharply told me I could say “please”, which I clearly politely had said. I’m in business too, if I need to have someone wait then I greet him and ask him for a moment of patience, I don’t just ignore him. Also, the night itself was a disaster, I had the impression they put all colleagues and family members in rooms next to mine, I was treated with laughs, talks and even music at 1.30am and while I exceptionally had the opportunity to wake up later, at 7.10 am I had the cart of room service making noise and shortly after, again music from another guest going out of his room. Bad night, heavy day to go through while I chose to be close to my office to be sharp.
