Although the location is great...

Disliked: Front Desk Staff at the hotel were excellent. Dining room staff for breakfast seemed disinterested in serving clients and you had to wave down someone to make a breakfast order or get more coffee. They spent most of their time chatting to one another.

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service!

Liked: I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The accommodations were fantastic, with clean, comfortable rooms and beautiful surroundings. What really stood out was the staff—they were truly amazing. Always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with anything I needed. Their helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay. Can’t wait to return!

Lovely time visiting Lisbon, we...

Liked: Nice decor, boutique feel. Luxurious but homely
Disliked: Stairs in and around property, tricky with a pushchair but staff were very helpful lifting the pram

Liked: 5 star service from the moment you book. All staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. It was an amazing stay.
