Bad

Liked: Cheap and had what we needed
Disliked: The people next door to us were extremely loud all evening. We even heard staff come up to speak to them and threaten them with the police, but they continued to be loud and kept us up most of the evening. Upon informing the hotel they have not got back to us or even offered us an apology. We are extremely upset and disappointed as the purpose was ‘sleep and go’ and we got no sleep as a result of this.

Superb

Convenient but a bit noisy

Liked: Lovely spacious rooms, lots of vending machines for snacks & drinks. We did stay at a time the rooms were sold out but it was very noisy - you can hear everything from people going down corridors and just being loud in adjacent rooms. Take earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

extremely disappointed

Liked: the staff were nice and checking in/out was fast and smooth. location was close to the ING arena where i went to a concert
Disliked: there was no hot or even warm water in the shower, the water pressure was horribly low and the water just stopped running at times. the walls are extremely thin so be prepared for all kinds of sounds in the middle of the night… i could literally hear someone’s phone vibrating whenever they got a notification. definitely not worth the money

A great little room

Liked: A great little place to stay before the night of my concert. The room had all you needed for a two night stay.
Disliked: A great little hotel room with a nice restaurant right around the corner. Great if you need to get to the ING arena which is a 15 minute walk away. Clean and presentable.

Superb

Liked: The location is ideal for concerts at ING Arena. The room is comfortable with good beds and well kept bathroom. The sitting space was perfect for doing work or homework. Wifi was easy to access. Using the app for temperature control was mostly self explanatory.
Disliked: The bathroom door closed with a magnet. It felt a little awkward. I thought I broke something when I first opened the door.The safe also did not function properly. If it had not been after hours I would have contacted the front desk. But it was quite late, and I had to leave early the next morning. I was also a little disappointed with the lumpy pillows.The temperature app didn't keep the settings I entered. The system changed it back every few hours.

Very comfy and very nice...

Liked: The tv worked well. The room was clean. The bed was very comfertable. The location was perfect for the concert I went to in the ING Arena.
Disliked: The only problem I faced was the wifi not working so my 5g was gone very fast because I had to stay in contact with my family.
