It was a great stop...

Liked: Place was overall clean and and had everything I needed for a shower and a clean king bed.
Disliked: It was good overall, spend one night passing by.. probably coffee machine available in the room with coffee will be awesome.

Surprisingly nice motel close to...

Liked: Don’t be put off by having to check in at the tiny 'night' window, which gives you a slightly seedy first impression, as the rooms are large, newly refurbished, spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy. It was a pleasant surprise to be given a bag of items for breakfast when we weren’t expecting any breakfast at all. There was coffee (to be done in a microwave but which was actually quite decent), good quality yoghurts and microwaveable breakfast baps of sausage, egg and cheese.The locations was good being a reasonable walk from downtown, the Sundial Bridge and river. The TV had Netflix to log into and the wifi worked ok.
Disliked: There were no bedside lights and the overhead lighting was cold and stark. However, I asked a member of staff if he could locate a lamp for us and it was there when we got back from our day out. Made all the difference.
