Between the staff and location,...

Liked: The staff were the best part of the hotel! They were so welcoming and friendly. They were just so nice!
Disliked: Our only complaint would be the AC situation. Our room was so uncomfortable at night due to it being so hot. We even turned the air to 60, yes 60! Even then we still woke up sweating. Maybe if you were alone it would be better, but my husband and I would say that was the only downside of our stay.

Liked: Itis a new hotel with a nice restaurant
Disliked: The TV was on the fritz with digitalization and it would turn off if it was swiveled. The exhaust fans in the bathroom was disconnected. the front desk said they were installed to come on as needed but were too sensitive and would turn on in the middle of the night. The front desk said people complained so they were disconnected.

I will be back again

Liked: Gino from valet made my experience wonderful. He's an exceptional employee. The man deserves a raise. He was very polite to not only me but everyone that he encountered from other employees and guests. I will definitely be back just because of him and his kindness and wonderful customer service.
Disliked: The rooms were a little stuffy humid at times the air conditioning wasn't consistent
