Besides the price I love...

Liked: I had to book at the last minute and didn’t check in till 1a.m and the rate for that night was over 200.00 which I found ridiculous since I always stay there. Ended up getting my next 3 nights for much less on booking.com. As I single person I feel safe at your hotel and is convenient as I come by bus. The staff was amazing and I even buy them chocolates since they really are good!

Terrible service

Liked: Location!
Disliked: Check in took over 30 minutes due to not having my reservation on their computer..!!I was tired as I just got done my 4pm-midnight shift at work and I wasn't able to drive home due to the highway closures. I'm a health care worker and I was treated like I wasn't welcome in this hotel. I was given a confused look when I arrived to check-in..no friendly greeting & no sympathy for being stranded in town during the winter storm! Will not stay here again, would rather take my business elsewhere!
