Not worth the price for...

Liked: Location was great. Good amenities.
Disliked: Noisy. For paying $240 a night and requesting a quiet room, I figured we would get it. It was so noisy we switched rooms. The “quiet room” was facing a street and was very, very loud. Also NO AC. horrible. It was November and HOT. you had to keep the windows open. So sleep was horrible.

Liked: Vincenzo was amazing every morning for breakfast. Nearly knew what you wanted before you asked. He has an amazing memory with lovely manors and great work ethic.The rooms were lovely and kept clean.Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The Bar was very expensive. Bit overpriced. Also 14 euros for two small pancakes with strawberry's on them.

Liked: Breakfast was great Kristina and all of the staff were friendly they all make you feel as if you were home. Food excellent. The front desk Fratricio was very helpful called a taxi for us took care of us very professional and friendly
Disliked: The room too small and needed more toilet paper it was great clean

Good location sumptuous hotel decor...

Disliked: The room service meal of a club sandwich we ordered was the worst room service meal we have ever experienced. Almost inedible. Burnt black in the toaster and the filling disgusting.There were no drawers at all for cloths in the room only hanging space.When asking the reception staff for restaurant recommendations all they kept pushing were the hotels restaurants until we insisted and then they grudgingly suggested one nearby. We wanted to know out of the overwhelming choices within walking distance which were the really good ones. The food we did eat in the hotel were not all that great.
