WARNING! DON'T DO IT!

Liked: We liked that it was near family in the area. Also, the wildlife was nice to see.
Disliked: The property is in need of SERIOUS repairs. it is not ADA compliant. Parking is in the back of the unit then I had to make it to the front at night with poor lighting to open the back door for my disabled husband. The unit carpet was grossly dirty. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty so I had to wash everything. Master bath didn't have a shower. The 2nd bath had a shower with singing pipes. The unit had poor lighting throughout. with 3way lamps with 1way bulbs. This place is beyond low budget. it should not be rented at all.

Liked: It was so clean, calm, and quiet with an outstanding view. We love deers over there.
Disliked: The first cottage we got was full of wild bees but when we informed them, they gave us another cottage without any hesitation and we really appreciated that.

Great, comfortable and quiet location.

Liked: Great location and facilities. Amazing seeing and feeding the local deer by hand. Great for the price. Free parking.
Disliked: Property starting to become dated but still comfortable and enjoyable stay. Not a problem really.
