Liked: Facilities and general atmosphere. Also location is really good.
Disliked: Lack of gluten free/vegetarian options in the breakfast menu. The flavour of the available options wasn't rich enough (for example the scrambled eggs).For an Spain based hotel, I saw very small options of local curated meats, and no variety at all of tipical spanish breads. Also the coffe didn't meet expectations

Disliked: Different from photo, but it was ok and was as described anyway. No slippers in the rooms.

A gem of a hotel...

Liked: Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable & with added extra touches such as towels, toothbrush with toothpaste, shower gels & shampoo. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was included in our deal & a good selection of choices available. We knew we weren’t in the centre of Madrid but a few minutes walk to Prosperidad metro & you can easily get to all areas. Would highly recommend this hotel & would happily stay again.
Disliked: Everything was what we expected.
