Bed, shower, bathroom, WiFi, Roku....

Liked: The taco place next door. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Very noisy. Train horns often throughout the night and guests who left there trucks idling for 30 minutes very early (4-5 A.M.). This isn’t the fault of management but it certainly detracts from the stay.

Comfortable, close to what we...

Liked: No smoking rooms, but there was a chair and ashtray placed outside of room, which was nice. The motel is old, but they do a good job keeping the room clean and there was a full fridge in the room we stayed in. Small parking lot, but we always found a spot at the end of the day. We were able to walk across the street to 7-11 for our morning coffee. The location is just off the highway, but a 5-10 minute drive to lots of restaurants and stores, very good location for us and our son's residence.
Disliked: This is an older motel, so it wasn't nice and shiny like a newer motel would have been, but for us it was comfortable. Might not be to everyones liking, but it worked well for us.

Exceptional

Liked: The Ute was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is more than reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
