Liked: very bad experience dirty place lacks the basic hygiene standards in all its corners, starting from the room and ending in the restaurant you can't sleep due to the attached metro station and railway behind you directly

Poor

Liked: Bed very uncomfortable. Very musty almost damp smell. Not as clean as I would expect for a 4 star hotel.
Disliked: Beds and lack of food choice

Disliked: The fact we arrived Sunday the restaurant and bar was closed

Liked: Good location to catch an early Ferry back home, did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that.Great location to find somewhere to eat in the evening, about a 20 minutes walk away, secure underground parking (payable)
Disliked: We couldn't open our window in the room so it was rather hot.

Palacio de Oriol

Liked: Very big room and comfortable bed. Good facilities in the hotel.
Disliked: Bit away from Bilbao city centre but good public transport links on bus or metro to get you there.On site underground car park was extra cost

Good for ferry travellers

Liked: Great place to stay the night before taking the ferry to U.K. perfect location
Disliked: Nothing not to like

Disappointed

Disliked: No parking space available and initially refused access to unload car - told to park outside or on the adjacent hospital car park where we where expected to carry our luggage and computer and dog across a main road to the hotel. Eventually they agreed to let us have access to the car park to unload. The room was extremely damp and musty smell to it I did tell reception who said they would make a note!No Tea & Coffee in the room had to purchase at reception which was continually busy
