Amazing team of Front office...

Liked: Great location close to ocean drive . Very nice room , beautiful balcony . But most important, the réception and housekeeping team was the best . Always smiling , ready to help and support . Give great advices to make your stay fantastic. And the room they gave was even better than the pictures !
Disliked: Nothing. All perfect

I guess there are better...

Liked: Nice location: beach is only a 10 min walk and the area is safe to walk around. The comfort of the hotel is reasonable regarding the price level.
Disliked: During our stay they did construction in Urbana Euclid (where we booked) and all guests were relocated to Urbana 5th. Booking.com did not know and it was annoying to be relocated, especially because we had to discuss with the mgmt to get the room category we booked and not being downgraded. Of course we had to pay the category we booked, there was no discussion about that. Sorry, but this is a no-go!We had a "Deluxe double room" in the top level of Urbana 5th right under the pool, unfortunately the circulation pump of the pool runs all night, so you better be a sound sleeper, if thats your room.

Disliked: Heavy disinfectant smell in hallway.No seating in room.Looked like a dorm room.Pool (at their other property) is tiny and not heated.
