Liked: The staff! They are amazing, very kind and they will do everything to help and provide a great experience.Location is great and also the room we stayed was very spacious.
Disliked: There isn’t enough light in the room, it is dark at night. Some towels were worn, there isn’t a laundry service and there was one light switch that was not supposed to be turned off because it is the one that controls electricity in the room, but there is no sign saying that and it looks just like any other switch in the room.

Liked: Location was great - in a nice neighborhood closed to the busy part of town, staff was super nice and welcoming and it was nice to be welcomed with a glass of bubbly
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit tight and there aren’t many hangers for cloths

Disappointing

Disliked: When asked if there was free airport shuttle form airport to hotel was told yes, but it was a car service that charged 100 dollars. That I wasn't aware I was going to be charged that amount if any.

Great stay for solo /...

Liked: I loved the location and the ambience of the lobby was pretty, the restaurant/bar at was really good! Perfect for solo travel or a couple, the rooms are very very small. Be sure to book one of the suites so you get a balcony or view the basic rooms are like dorm rooms very very small. The size didn’t bother me bc I was there just to sleep and the bed was super comfortable! The room could definitely use a little decor it was very plain, but it did just what I needed in the end. Would definitely stay here again in a suit room! Staff was very nice
