Terrible!

Liked: Warning bait & switch: you check in at a “hotel” lobby at one address and then need to be walked by the staff to another property, in an ancient building without an elevator! Our room had no hair dryer, no bath mat, and no hot water!!! Awful location that requires you take a 12 minute taxi or an Uber to get to the beautiful Old San Juan historic district.

Loud and not relaxing

Liked: Good location, really friendly staff.
Disliked: If you are looking for a relaxing stay, book elsewhere! The rooms were very basic and there was so much noise coming from the local nightclub which backs on to the property. The insulation between rooms is also very poor that which meant we were awoken very early with noise from the corridor

Good stay near Old San...

Liked: Lovely staff, special shout out to VV who gave me a free balcony room upgrade.Very well ventilated.AC and fridge worked well.20 mins walk to Old San Juan (Plaza Colon).Good brunch place nearby (Tostado).Clean and tidy room.15 mins walk to the beach.
Disliked: Very loud music till early morning hours from the bar/Mexican place located right next to the hotel building.No elevator.I asked for a hair dryer but they didn't have one.No coffee/tea/iron in the room.Hard pillows.WiFi speed 2-3 mbps

Liked: No breakfast or coffee. I liked a nearby restaurant called Tostado
Disliked: No coffee, bed so close to wall one person had to crawl out, paint spots on floors, no hot water, tiny room with no place to put suitcase or other things ( one place for one suitcase, no windows,

Don’t stay here if you...

Liked: It was clean, comfortable, had a good location. Friendly staff. Very helpful as well.
Disliked: Theirs a bar next door, they played loud music until 3a/4a. I didn’t get any sleep until then. Not the hotels fault at all.

Liked: Location is great-it takes 15 min of walking to get to Old San Juan. There are great bars and restaurants very close to the hotel. It’s one of very few properties with a free parking.
Disliked: When we were moving out, while we were taking our luggage to the car,lady called us at 11.02 am to ask if we are checking out. Considering that the front desk is even not at the same building, it seems to me impolite to start rushing the guests to move out 2 min past the check out time.Room is very small, if you open two suitcases they occupy almost all free space on the floor.
