Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location at 10 minutes walk from de historical center and 5 minutes from the railway station. Quiet and clean. Good value for money.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small.

Convenient location.

Liked: The Staff, comfort, breakfast and cleanliness was excellent. The location is very good, but could be difficult to walk into the City if you have mobility issues as it's quite steep in places. We had a lovely stay.
Disliked: No kettle or tea/coffee facilities in our adult son's room (no. 33). The signage for the hotel needs to be looked at, you must look for Hotel de France as the priority, not Urban Styles. We had difficulty because we were looking for Urban Styles, and it didn't help that our Sat nav wasn't working properly! We eventually found it though!!

Liked: Helpful staff, nice designed rooms, good breakfast and private parking
Disliked: There is no aircon and we were there during a sustained hot spell (30+ degrees) and the bedroom was on the third floor, so it was hot and only a fan to help with the heat. We had to open the window, but that let mosquitoes in. The hotel is also about 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town, which was just far enough for it to be a little annoying (particularly given the heat). It would be a better prospect as a hotel outside of peak summer I think. Oh, and the breakfast ended at 9.30 on weekdays, which seems overly harsh for a holiday location!
