Elegant hotel with great breakfasts...

Liked: The hotel is in a beautifully renovated building. The name "Urban Jungle" is a little unfortunate--I would describe it as more as having an understated elegance. (I didn't feel that I was in a jungle, urban or otherwise. Oh, and by the way, that is a good thing!) The dining room for breakfast is beautiful and there were lots of options. The room, although a little on the small side, was very comfortable and well-laid out. The location in the center of Orleans was perfect for everything we wanted to do.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like.

Liked: Really friendly, helpful, and knowledgable staff who knew the area. Great location for exploring Orleans. Clean, well presented, well lit. Good range of breakfast options.
Disliked: Fitness room small and limited, but not too unusual for a hotel. The lift was a little cramped.

Not to be repeated

Liked: Welcome and the concierge. Fairly close o central car park
Disliked: Lack of Cleanliness of the bedroom. Exposed wires behind the beds No fire escape.
