Liked: the location
Disliked: no tea making facilities. v basic room which was the extreme end of a very long corridor with only one kit at the far end. also you expected to clear your own breakfast things which is not customary

Liked: Very good location, clean rooms, everything you could need on a short trip to copenhagen. Staff friendly and helpful.

Liked: - very kind staff (& I really mean everyone -reception, bar, breakfast, housekeeping)- good evening vibes (live music!)- perf location - great breakfast - comfy beds- the rooms simply had everything we've needed
Disliked: weird smell on the stairwell

Great allocated modern room

Liked: Location of the hotel is the best, near the bus, metro and train station, and there is no noise of it. Room is not big but it has everything that you need. Vibe of the stuff and other guests is great. We had live music one night in the lobby. Self check in is a great thing. There is common place for chill, work, play, loundry and meal prep if you wish to use it.
Disliked: Lightning in the room could be better. Pllows are okay, but not really good, maybe it's about your preference. Walls are of plaster boards, so you can possibly hear someone showering.

good visit in short time

Liked: Good Location, easy to connect with public transport and close with Tivoly Graden, then its too crow for nighttime near street
Disliked: Old and broke in sharing space and too crow

Exceptional

Liked: +Excellent location, you can walk through the centre. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: -Some rooms are dark, but staff changed it with brighter one.

Liked: It is great, we arrived late after 11:30, the front desk still us and give many useful information
