Liked: The hotel was modern clean and the beautiful location. The lightning in the room gave it a very romantic and cozy feeling.
Disliked: We were on our honeymoon, having woken up at 3 AM and taken two flights before arriving at the hotel around noon. We had previously arranged with the staff for an early check-in between 11 and 12 PM, as my wife was extremely tired and nearly fainting. When we asked Luis at the front desk if our room might be ready, he repeatedly told us check-in was at 3 PM, even though we mentioned our prior arrangement with the hotel. His cold response left us feeling disregarded, nearly ruining the start of our honeymoon.Thankfully, Chelsea, another staff member, was incredibly kind and understanding. She sat us down, reassured us, and within 15 minutes had a room ready. When we entered, we found a cozy, clean space with a heartfelt note and gift congratulating us on our honeymoon. Later, the manager also stopped by to apologize on behalf of the staff. While the initial encounter was disappointing, Chelsea and the rest of the team truly made us feel welcomed and valued.
