Liked: the shower was nice, good water pressure & cleangood location to get to downtown.
Disliked: weird smell, the carpet was wet when we got there, mirror in the bathroom not fixed to the wall & parts were just sitting on the bathroom counter. there were 4 of us staying in a room and the lady argued with me about giving me 2 more bath towels when the room only had 2.

Overall an enjoyable stay.

Liked: Wonderful breakfast and the staff were excellent. Very clean room and a comfortable bed.
Disliked: Dogs were barking in the wee hours of the morning...very noisy. Car traffic somewhat bothersome but other than that, everything else was okay.

Very accomodating after hurricane Helene.

Liked: I arrived the day after hurricane Helene had passed through. There was no power in the area or the hotel. The manager simply unlocked my room and I was able to sleep that night. That is all I needed. I was very pleased.
