Disliked: Not well maintained. Pealing paint on the balcony and pool deck was awful. Several missing tiles on the pool.

Liked: Decent rooms, basic amenities. Beds are very springy, sauna & hot tub were popular when I arrived. Good for an affordable jumping off point in the area.

Great place to stay when...

Liked: Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable beds & nice little pool, spa area. We were also told about the complimentary transport to the vineyard we were visiting, which we weren’t aware of. The hotel called the vineyard for us & the minibus arrived straight away! Brilliant service.
Disliked: Small towels at the pool/spa area.

Exceptional

Liked: The saunas heated pool and all were great unique features!
Disliked: There was no restaurant in site or nearby (walkable) food. The hot tub was so scorching hot that we and other guests couldn't actually get in it.

Superb

Liked: If you are visiting Napa Valley, this hotel is an excellent choice. Its hot springs are quite nice, everything was great during our stay.

Cute hotel near downtown Calistoga

Liked: It was a great location, close to downtown Calistoga, and the room was large. Staff was very friendly and I was able to check in a little early.
Disliked: Nothing really in terms of the hotel itself, only thing was that the price was high, without many amenities, maybe it's just the location.
