Liked: The experience of Calistoga was great! Our room was clean and it was easy for my husband to get to from parking. He has a hard time walking. Unfortunately we did not use the pool as it was to chilly out.
Disliked: The bed was way to firm. Woke with a very sore back that took all day to work out.

Liked: Loved the heated pool and sauna, overall ambience of the property
Disliked: Road noise

A Very good value and...

Liked: We like the hotel has sauna, steam lounge , mineral springs and a swimming pool all in one place. They are small but very clean and unique.
Disliked: Our room was not on the second floor. And it was right next to the utilities room. But it didn’t bother us much.

Liked: It is a modern hotel; the room was large with a balcony, welcome reception, and easy parking. It has a dry sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. It is a few blocks from the center of Calistoga; therefore, ideal for those who prefer to be in a quieter area but not too far from restaurants, shops, etc. Nice views of the mountains.
Disliked: The dry sauna was not operating, and the "Springs" water in the jacuzzi was not hot enough.

Affordable way to get the...

Liked: Kind and responsive staff, clean and lovely steam/sauna rooms, free cruiser bikes, great location near town but set in a slightly quieter area. Plenty of clean towels in recreational areas. Fridge and glassware in rooms.
Disliked: Mineral pool and spa were smaller than expected, but luckily it was not extremely busy. Beds were a bit hard for our tastes, though pillows were nice.
