Liked: good location
Disliked: Brittney was very rude and unprofessional. i booked my stay only because i was advised that i would be able to work from the hotel using a Ethernet cable and when i went to use the cable there was NO INTERNET connection. Brittney advised me that she would ask a technician to look at it for me. A manager then told me that there is no connection using ethernet only wifi. i asked Brittney if i check out can i be refunded for the days i will not be staying at the hotel and she advised me “there is no way that she can do that”. i then asked her to call the manager and she advised me “i do not call the manager they call me” So much for hospitality! i was also advised upon checking in that on Monday housekeeping would do a full clean of the room and housekeeping never showed up.

The worst place I ever...
Liked: I like the location.
Disliked: I didn't like the staff. Christy & Brittany are very rude. They don't care about the customer who spends alot of money. I booked April23-may23.. I didn't even stay for my whole month. I got put out may 3 2024 at 2:00pm for no reason. I ask the manager for her reason. She told me and my boyfriend she was doing a random wellness check . That was not a valid reason why we was getting put out. I called the police and filed a report. Im also filed a lawsuit on this company for harassment and not doing the correct procedures. Christy said I would get my refund in 3/4 business days. It's been 2weeks no refund. I'm very disappointed in this property customer service.

Disliked: Didn't like my reservation canceled on the first night.Cost me $200 dollars to stay at another hotel. Customer service on the phone for a hour to fix the mistake could barely speak english.
