Liked: An extra bed was requested in advance, but the request was not granted. To resolve the situation, I tried to book another room, but without success. The staff's laziness is notorious, the location is terrible, the service is terrible. I do not recommend it. There is a strong smell of marijuana and heavy traffic.

Waste of time and caused...

Liked: We didn’t get a room. I made the reservation but it was after midnight and the lady at the desk said we’d have to come back in the morning to get the room.
Disliked: They refused to check us in. I made the reservation online and it didn’t pull up when we got there and she said there was no way to pull it up and to come back in the morning and they would get us a room.
