Liked: staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: unfortunately only half of our shower head was working because the other half was clogged, making it a miserable experience to shower in our room.

Disliked: Staff was rude beyond measure! Wouldn’t honor reservation booked thru website gave me every reason then pushed me my ID and said have a nice day we can’t accommodate you! So much more I’m just not wasting more time detailing it. Asked for MGR and was told there’s no point she will tell you same thing! Still awaiting my refund from a place I never stayed!!

Amazing value at well cared-for...
Liked: Far exceeded what we expected. Rooms are well designed and laid out. Everything was working (even some 4-star hotels where we've stayed, had trouble with that!). We loved front desk associate Yobana, she's wonderful! And even Edmondo was pleasant (if a bit less personable). Rates were very reasonable. Hotel is well cared-for. And the staff really seem to care about guests.

Your staff is poorly trained....
Disliked: At time of check in I was told there was a note that I had two dogs and was not allowed to stay. I have never had dogs and I have never stayed at your property. There was not management on site available on call - 4 in the afternoon at check-in time. Difficult to believe. At minimum a manager should be on call. I called some 1-800 number... which is not sufficient to get day of help. Absolutely ridiculous. I was turned down to be allowed to stay. I am near certain I was profiled. I am a professional - AND I am black. I can only assume you wouldnt treat your white guest like this. I hope you dont now assume i had a bad attitude or did something to deserve this horid treatment. I was and am livid. Your management is a serious liability. I will never step foot on your property until I see a fix.
