Lovely comfy bed, great shower...
Liked: Location, staff were excellent, really clean and good pool and free bike hire
Disliked: Absolutely nowhere to unpack your clothes apart from 2 hangers, no place to put toiletries, no restaurant or bar on the hotel site

Liked: It was clean and the room was decent
Disliked: I don’t like that it does not have a bar or a restaurant or even a continental breakfast. I also thought it was closer to South Beach.

OK stay. Good location. Poor...
Liked: Good location, close to Ocean Drive and the beach. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice room, although it was a little tired and the view over nearby air con units could have been better.
Disliked: There was no restaurant on site (it had closed three weeks before our arrival apparently) or a bar. The Terrazza shown on the website and photos was not open and was only available for private events. As such we felt that we were paying for something we didn’t get.

Double booked our room, gave...
Liked: The area
Disliked: We had pre paid our standard king bed room and arrived at 6pm. We were given keys and made our way to the room, only to find it occupied. No one was in it (thankfully) but their suitcases and personal possessions were all out. We went back to the front desk, and the staff member apologized and said another staff member had incorrectly worked the system. She asked us to wait and after 15 mins or so asked us to come and look at another room, which was much smaller but she advised the bed was the same. She offered us a bottle of wine and breakfast the next day. We were late for a reservation and with no other options took the room. No wine was delivered, the bed was a small queen size, not a king, the room had a broken toilet seat, and the drapes did not close properly which was an issue as the room overlooked the gas station next door that had floodlights on all night. We didn’t get much sleep. In the morning, I went to the front desk to advise them we wouldn’t need the breakfast as we were heading to our cruise, and asked if they knew about our experience. The three staff simply smiled - no comments or apologies or offers. An overall poor experience.
