Comfortable and good value

Liked: Breakfast was good. We had to wait till 1000 for a cooked breakfast but we were aware of that.

Very enjoyable and friendly hotel...

Liked: It was cozy and welcoming and in a great location. The food was very good and the desserts excellent!! We really enjoyed James and Neil, and Ben and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and super friendly.
Disliked: The only issue we had was not enough hot water, but we managed.

Dated but staff great!

Liked: The staff Frazer and Ben were amazing, very warm and welcoming.
Disliked: It was a little tired & dated in the rooms, needs a refresh lots of scuffs and marks.Price included breakfast but no chef due to illness!

Disliked: Everything was great there was nothing I didn't like
